Chardonnay Ticino PDO

Dry white wine produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, vinified in stainless steel at a temperature of 16-18°C. To maintain its freshness and savory notes, it does not undergo malolactic fermentation.

The particular aptitude of this grape variety to clay-limestone soils allows for a fresh wine, rich in primary aromas with floral and fruity notes of green apple and banana.

Excellent with fish and appetizers.
