Barley Wine Barrique by Birra Gjulia is a top-fermented craft beer from Birrificio Agricolo Gjulia , faithful to its signature style. Characterized by a deep mahogany color, it owes its complexity to long aging in French oak barriques.

Distinct notes of dates, bourbon vanilla, and caramelized figs emerge on the nose, while the flavor is bold and enveloping on the palate, supported by a pleasant freshness and savory finish. Described as a true meditation beer, it pairs perfectly with dark chocolate.

Brewed with malts and hops grown directly on the estate, it is neither filtered nor pasteurized. The slight sediment present is a guarantee of natural refermentation in the bottle. It is best served at 10-12°C.
