Gjulia Est Weizen

Gjulia Est Weizen is a top-fermented craft wheat beer from Birrificio Agricolo Gjulia . Characterized by a yellow color with tangerine highlights and a fine, persistent head, it owes its aromatic characteristics to the blend of barley and wheat malts.

On the nose, it reveals intense aromas and typically fruity notes, while on the palate, the flavor is full and satisfying. Extremely versatile at the table, it pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, soups, cured meats, and medium-aged or blue cheeses.

Produced using artisanal methods, it is neither filtered nor pasteurized. The slight sediment present is a guarantee of natural refermentation in the bottle. It is best served at 8-10°C.
