Gjulia Grecale Italian Grape Ale

Ioi Gluten Free by Birrificio Gjulia is a top-fermented craft lager, designed to offer the authentic taste of beer even to those who must avoid gluten. Made exclusively from barley malt, it undergoes a special process that allows for complete gluten extraction while preserving its flavor.

It has a deep yellow color with orange highlights. The aromatic profile is dominated by citrus notes, while on the palate it offers a sensation of great freshness and drinkability, making it the perfect pairing for any occasion.

Strictly artisanal, it is neither filtered nor pasteurized. The slight sediment visible at the bottom is the natural result of the refermentation process in the bottle. It is best served at 8-10°C.
