Satèn Franciacorta Brut DOCG Millesimato

A bright, intense straw yellow, this wine reveals aromas of pastry and coffee, cappuccino, soft butter, puff pastry, milk, and honey. These are followed by exotic notes of papaya and white melon. On the palate, it's creamy, like milk foam, very persistent, and has a full, satisfying finish.

Thanks to its softness, it can support any pairing, especially those with strong flavors: blue fish, or the queen of molluscs, oysters.
