Gjulia Nostrana Organic

Pale ale produced using artisanal methods, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Made from organic malt and hops, it boasts a golden yellow hue and a heady aroma of tropical fruit. It's delicate and elegant on the palate, with almost citrusy notes and a creamy, persistent head.

Excellent with raw fish appetizers, delicate first courses, fresh cheeses, and even as an aperitif. The slight sediment is the result of the natural and traditional refermentation process in the bottle.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10° C.
