Ammonites, a name that emerges from prehistory, reminding us of how many millions of years, almost 200, have passed from the time of these living creatures, now fossils, to the present day. The absolute uniqueness of these soils, the oldest in all of Franciacorta, home to the Camilucci vineyards, from which this unique wine takes its name.
A refined selection of all three Franciacorta grape varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Noir—from at least five different vintages, all vinified separately and then harmoniously blended. Time, which allows the flavors and aromas to evolve, is stored in the quiet cellars, protected from light, at a constant temperature and humidity.
It's a Brut suited to any occasion, thanks to its fresh notes and the elegance and harmony of its aromas. A balanced, fresh, and characterful Franciacorta.
Camilucci has interpreted this wine in the most natural and modern way possible, classifying it Brut with an average residual sugar content of between 1 and 2 g/L.
Excellent as an aperitif and perfect to accompany all courses.
