Rosé Franciacorta Brut DOCG Millesimato

A very elegant coral pink, the bouquet exudes fruity notes, from ripe cherry and blood orange, through currant and black cherry syrup; it continues with beeswax and gentian root. On the palate, the fruit dominates once again, with a long trail of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, and extreme juiciness.

Despite its full structure, this is a very drinkable wine, certainly a good substitute for red wines when paired with red meat dishes, perhaps briefly cooked or lightly marinated. It's also worth trying with seafood risotto.
