Bellavista Alma Assemblage 1 Cuvée Brut - Franciacorta DOCG

The Bellavista Alma Assemblage represents the evolution of a legend. This label was created with an ambitious goal: to seek the purest form of harmony in Franciacorta. It is not a simple sparkling wine, but the fruit of obsessive selection: the grapes (mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a touch of Pinot Blanc) come from 60 different vineyards , with an average vine age of over 25 years . The secret to its unmistakable style lies in the blending with "reserve wines" from previous vintages and the partial aging of the base wines in pièces (small barrels), which lend intensity and depth. All this is completed by a rest on the lees for approximately 30 months , well beyond the minimum required by the regulations.
