“Perpétuelle,” a Brut Nature with a new concept, is born from the union of the finest selections of Anthologie Blanc from the past, magically brought together in a perpetual cuvée that is renewed annually. It is left to mature in the quiet cellars for at least 36 months, offering complex and unique sensations. Produced in its first 14-16 series in limited quantities, it is the expression of a vinification of only reserve wines from the finest Chardonnay grapes, scrupulously selected and vinified.
