Siclì Chiaretto of Moniga

SICLÌ vineyard in the Moniga del Garda area. Altitude 180 meters above sea level. Clayey, calcareous soil at the foot of the hills. In literature, it is called the "wine of one night" because the must ferments for only a few hours in contact with the grape skins.

It pairs well with pizza and appetizers, cured meats, soups, risottos, white meats, fish, and is unrivaled with shellfish. Best enjoyed young, in its first few years.
