Vinification and refinement: Destemming and very gentle pressing, with almost whole grapes. Cryomaceration of the mass
for about 5 days, very gentle pressing, and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aged in steel on the fine lees for about 3 months, followed by bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics: Pale yellow with green highlights. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of cyclamen, citrus, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and appropriately smooth.

Food pairings: ideal to accompany an aperitif, it goes excellently with fish and seafood dishes
