Flavor: Ample, fruity and quite full-bodied, with perfectly balanced acidity, good savory note and a long persistence on the palate.

Suitable to accompany well-structured dishes from appetizers to main courses, as well as fish-based recipes, it can be paired with vegetable soups, pasta and beans, white meats and not too mature cheeses.
