Ruby-garnet color with light garnet hues. Intense aromas of ripe cherries with complex notes of minerals , tea leaves, and rose petals.

Severe and ripe tannins , fresh acidity and a rounded and feminine structure .

This Barbaresco demonstrates incredible finesse , excellent balance and a long, persistent finish.

Pairings : baked or roasted white meats , grilled or barbecued meats and vegetables, stewed meats , game, roasts, cheeses.

Serving temperature : 18°C. Uncork the bottle at least 2 hours before serving.
