Black Lily PGI Calabria Organic

Vinification and refinement: Very gentle pressing, maceration at a controlled temperature for approximately 20 days for the Cabernet and 7 for the Gaglioppo. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months and in bottle for 2-3 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby. Aromas of roasting, spices, dried red flowers, and fruit preserved in alcohol. On the palate, it is soft and fresh with a pleasant almond finish.

Food pairings: excellent with red meat, hard and semi-hard cheeses and with the strong flavours of Mediterranean cuisine
