Vinification and refinement: Very gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, maceration for approximately 25 days for the Merlot and 7 days for the Gaglioppo. Aged for 11 months in stainless steel tanks, 6–8 months in tonneaux, and 3 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby ​​red with purple highlights. The nose offers aromas of toasted bread and spices, dried flowers, and red fruit jam. The palate is complex, refined, and smooth, leaving a velvety, pleasant finish.
