It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its aroma is delicate , fruity and slightly citrusy .

Dry , fresh flavor with good aromatic persistence. Persistent, slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pairings : excellent as an aperitif . During meals, it pairs excellently with light appetizers and fish-based dishes .
