Flavor : Complex, broad, and balanced with good minerality and a fine, elegant tannic structure. The finish is intense, with fruity and spicy notes.
Food Pairings: It pairs particularly well with fillets, ribs, veal or beef steaks, and all red meat dishes, whether roasted in the oven, spit-roasted, or grilled, even those prepared with spicy or slightly spicy sauces. It's ideal to uncork the
bottle an hour before or decant it immediately, before serving the wine.
