Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

A mature and complex wine made from the finest Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella varietals, dried for 90-110 days and vinified using the traditional method. It matures extensively in small French oak barrels. A mellow wine that fully reflects the terroir of its area. Suitable for autumn and winter dishes such as braised meats and stews, it is especially a meditation wine.
Serve at 18°-20° in large glasses
