“Antologie Noir,” from the Greek ἄνϑος “flower” and λέγω “I gather”; a Franciacorta born from highly refined selections (in winemaking, the term “fiore” refers to the very first fractions of must, known precisely as free-run must), in this case made exclusively from Pinot Noir black grapes. An important vintage, produced only in excellent years and in limited quantities, with an Extra Brut dosage; Anthologie Noir rests in the darkness and silence of the cellar for at least 36 months. A unique Franciacorta of character, refined, fresh, intense, and pure, which expresses all its strength with particular elegance.
