TASTING

Appearance: crystalline straw yellow color with very fine bubbles.

On the nose: the aroma is delicate, characterized by fine notes of anise, noble chalky touches brought by the terroir, notes of white fruits and fine touches of brioche yeast.

On the palate: The palate is particularly velvety, the bubbles are perfectly integrated, and the overall finish is fruity and very persistent. The overall structure combines vivacity and aromatic complexity around fruity flavors and beautiful, highly distinctive notes of undergrowth.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a large table of scallops, poultry in creamy sauce or pike quenelles.
