Costa del Sole IGT Toscana Bianco

Pale straw yellow with clear greenish highlights.
The clear, sparkling color heralds aromas of chlorophyll, green apple, wildflowers, and lime peel. A slender, elegant wine. Undemanding on the palate, dominated by freshness, it finishes with a citrusy aftertaste.

The hand-harvested grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must was then chilled to 10°C to promote natural decantation. It was then transferred to dedicated stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of no more than 18°C. The wine was then stored in tanks at 10°C to maintain its freshness and aroma.
