Vinification and refinement: Destemming and very gentle pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature, maceration for approximately 7 days, very gentle pressing. Aged for 7 months in steel tanks and approximately 2-3 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red tending towards garnet. The nose offers hints of preserved fruit, flowers, and sweet spices. The palate is well-tanned, full-bodied, and has a nice acidity.

Food pairings: excellent with cured meats, Calabrian goat cheeses and grilled meats
