An important red wine. Its name comes from the company's founder, Alessandro Materossi, nicknamed "Don Lisander." The selected grapes, 50% of which are left to dry for at least two months in an open, ventilated environment, are then pressed using the traditional method. The wine then ages for at least 15 months in 225-liter oak barrels and at least 9 months in bottle before being released for sale.

It pairs well with tasty first courses and all meat and game dishes, and can also be enjoyed sipping it after a meal.

Uncork the bottle an hour in advance; we recommend pouring it into a decanting jug. Serve at 19°C.
