Gjulia West Amber

Pale ale produced using artisanal methods, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with the addition of Ribolla Gialla must.

It features a deep golden yellow color and a bouquet of wildflowers and mineral notes. On the palate, it reveals a freshness and savory character reminiscent of Ribolla Gialla.

Excellent with aperitifs, fish, white meat and gourmet pizzas.

The slight sediment is the result of the natural and traditional refermentation process in the bottle. It is best served at 8-10°C.
