Sinibaldo Rosso Toscana IGT

Bright ruby ​​red with garnet reflections and a beautiful consistency.
The bouquet features notes of ripe cherry and plum in alcohol. Floral, balsamic sensations and toasted notes follow. The palate has good volume, with prominent tannins and acidity balanced by a reassuring softness. The finish is remarkably persistent, with fruity and toasted cocoa notes returning.

Hand-harvested into crates, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation in first- and second-use barriques with batonage. Aged in first- and second-use barriques for twelve months. Aged in bottle for four to six months.
